- How time flies! Madam Parr who had started the school in 1964 passed away in 1999. And 2014 – a landmark year of the many, many miles covered – the Golden Jubilee year. Madam must be looking down from Heaven’s door with a glorious satisfaction to see her Excelsior glittering and growing the way that she had visioned it to be when she initially started the school.
